Charming Stay Near Ginza's Heart

central location helpful staff great shower useful power slots

I was charmed by its central location, with easy access to many shops and restaurants, it made exploring so easy. The staff was super helpful. The shower was amazing, a real treat after a long day, with great water pressure. I found bedside power slots really useful for charging my devices at night.

I just noticed the absence of a phone in my room, unusual. It wasn't a major issue, but I found it a little inconvenient when i needed to contact the front desk.

The hotel features public baths available on the second floor. These baths are gender-separated and open until 2 AM. Locker rooms are provided adjacent to the baths. They include indoor and outdoor pools. Dyson hairdryers are available in these locker rooms.

My beautiful double room had 200 ft of space. It accommodated a queen bed. Space remained for two large luggages and a carry-on. A full-size bathroom amenities was there. a tub and shower combo and yukatas. An air purifier was in the room also.

Decent stay and good location

metro station clean neighbourhood missing phone loud alarm

The hotel is close to a metro station. The neighborhood is clean and nice.. Many stores are nearby. This proximity and easy access from the airport made connectivity excellent.

The room lacked a phone. It was difficult to contact reception. I also experienced a very loud alarm sound around 1:45 am and it caused stress. No one could explain what happened clearly.

easy laundry warm water

the on-site laundry was easy to use. i found the public bath facilities very convenient. the water was really warm in the bath and the bed linens were soft to the touch.

the room could have been a little darker at night.
